These terms govern your use of Herding Cats ("the game") at cats.happymonkey.ai, operated by HappyMonkey.ai. By playing the game you agree to these terms.

The service

• The game is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
• We may update, modify, pause or discontinue the game (or any part of it) at any time without notice.
• The game is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Play at your own leisure — cats may be procedurally generated and occasionally uncooperative.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site — for example, by attempting to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or interfere with its operation, or by using it in any way that is unlawful or harms others.

Intellectual property

The game, including its code, art, audio and branding, is owned by HappyMonkey.ai and protected by applicable intellectual property rights. You may not copy, redistribute or create derivative works without prior written permission.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HappyMonkey.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the game.

Privacy

Your use of the game is also governed by our Privacy Policy (spoiler: almost nothing).

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version will always be posted on this page with a new date.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
